Welcome To Angel Lakes Estates

Angel Lakes Estates is a Deed Restricted community located in the Dunn Avenue/I-295 corridor. Established in 2000 as a PUD community association known initially as Angel Lakes, for the purpose of providing: a representative, democratic organization for the accomplishment of worthwhile civic projects, area beautification and the promotion of mutually beneficial acts, events, policies, programs and procedures. Our neighborhood is located in an area well known for growing businesses, recreational opportunities, and friendly people. The setting and environment of this neighborhood is unmatched in the Northern Florida region. The name was changed in 2010 to Angel Lakes Estates to better explain the scope of our vision that includes:

•    Protection and enhancement of the aesthetic and environmental values in the community, including the natural areas in and around the community and the wildlife incident thereto; and
•    Providing an organization for social and cultural exchange and expression leading toward the betterment of said residents.
